A reminder of community meetings in small group settings to discuss facility needs, questions, and wishes of the D-T Community. Two opportunities are available next week focused on gathering valuable input and feedback regarding the facility needs of our school district.
The meetings will provide an opportunity for small group discussion on the following key areas:
1. Questions about the Facility: Do you have specific questions or seek clarification regarding the condition, capacity, or accessibility of our school facilities?
2. Community Facility Needs: Share your thoughts and any concerns about the current state of our school facilities. What, if any, improvements or enhancements would better support the educational experience for our students, staff, and families?
3. Community Desires for the Facility: Envision the ideal educational environment for our students. What features, amenities, or resources, if any, would you like to see incorporated into our school facilities to enhance learning, extracurricular activities, and our community?
To accommodate as many participants as possible, we are offering two meeting dates and times:
Meeting 1
Date: March 19, 2024
Time: 6:30 PM
Trumbull Community Center
Meeting 2
Date: March 21, 2024
Time: 6:30 PM
Doniphan-Trumbull High School Commons
Your voice and perspectives are invaluable in shaping the future of our school district's facilities. We invite and encourage you to attend one of these community meetings and actively participate in the discussions.
If you cannot attend in person, we welcome your written feedback, which can be submitted via email to jbraden@dtcardinals.org or through our online survey [http://tinyurl.com/wcmsr86d].
Together, we can create a comprehensive master facility plan that meets the needs and aspirations of our entire community. We look forward to your active participation and collaboration.
