High School Students --> HOSA week is Nov. 4-8.
The class with the most dressed up will win a prize!
Start making plans to participate!

The elementary kids are working on calming down strategies. They learned that all emotions are ok, but when we feel strong emotions we have to learn how to calm our bodies and minds. One strategy we learned this week is the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. By focusing on each sense, one at a time, you can become more present and aware of your surroundings, reduce feelings of stress or anxiety, and improve your emotional regulation and focus. This technique works for many ages and is a great way to distract the brain from strong feelings! Please give it a try!

Cardinal Warehouse is open on Tuesdays! New stuff every week.

Not the result the Cardinal volleyball team wanted. They fought to the very end vs Wood River but go down 2 sets to 3 in Hebron. Thank you seniors Miley and Addi! Cardinal Nation is proud of you!
