Doniphan-Trumbull Public School Offers Access to NebraskAccess, a Virtual Library of Information
Doniphan-Trumbull Public School, in partnership with the Nebraska Library Commission, offers a wealth of information through the new NebraskAccess program. With today's Internet cluttered with information, how do you select reliable sources? “Try NebraskAccess: your information connection across Nebraska,” recommends Bill Dixon, high school librarian.
Nebraska citizens may begin using NebraskAccess immediately to access online information resources paid for on their behalf by the Nebraska Library Commission. These resources provide all Nebraskans with free online access to thousands of current full-text magazine, journal, and newspaper articles; up-to-date business information; biographical information; and much more. www.nlc.state.ne.us/nebraskaccess
Students can link to NebraskAccess resources from computers at Doniphan-Trumbull High School or at public, K12 school, college, or university libraries across Nebraska. Access to these resources is now also available from a home or work Internet connection using a Nebraska driver’s license or state identification number.
Today, nearly 900 public, school, college, university and non-profit libraries partner with the Nebraska Library Commission to offer NebraskAccess resources to their patrons and students. Many of these libraries could not afford to provide these services on their own.

NebraskAccess is administered by the Nebraska Library Commission, with funding from the State of Nebraska.
